Particle Recycling Nanobots

Orbital space debris is usually handled by PaReN (Particle Recycling Nanobots) which decompose materials rapidly and when exposed to atmosphere the PaReN undergoes a magic based reaction destroying their enzyme capabilities and allowing the broken down element and molecule to fall to the nearest celestial body where they innately crawl into clumps to condense material before dying.

Captains taking off from are advised to in orbit disable any remnant PaReN latent in the exosphere that may have clung to the ship during takeoff.
